Working to a defined process, with other people and an external client, and iterating on their feedback rather than on my own plan.
Includes the unglamorous version: a shift pattern, a queue, a sprint someone else scoped. The common skill is producing reliable work inside constraints you did not set and cannot argue with.

Certhub: a six-person team build with a real client
Six of us ran Scrum with the client reviewing through the sprints. The work was scoped by the group rather than by me, and what we built was checked against what the client meant rather than against what we had written down.
